Description:

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who’s ready to start fresh — no experience required, just a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people feel welcome. You’ll welcome guests with a genuine smile, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they’re taken care of from the moment they sit down. You’ll start by shadowing experienced staff and slowly take on more tables as your confidence grows. You’ll check in throughout the meal, refill drinks, clear plates, and handle any concerns with professionalism and care. You’ll manage your section efficiently, balancing multiple tables while keeping attention to detail and calm energy. You’ll clear plates promptly, assist with dessert or coffee orders, and keep the flow smooth from start to finish. You’ll support a clean, organized dining area and help reset tables quickly for the next group of guests. You’ll keep your section tidy, your notepad ready, and your pace steady no matter how busy it gets. You’ll handle payments quickly and correctly, offering a sincere thank-you every time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Serve meals and beverages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Be flexible and ready to cover shifts or assist during special events when needed.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
• Learn and grow through feedback from managers, guests, and teammates.
• Assist coworkers during peak hours, whether by running food or helping reset tables.

Preferred:

• Able to greet customers warmly, explain menu items, and answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Willing to refill drinks, clear plates promptly, and check in without being intrusive.
• Experience working in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality environments with high guest interaction.
• Can recommend upsells such as desserts, drinks, or side dishes to enhance customer experience.
• Willing to learn menu changes, daily specials, and promotional offerings quickly.
