Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager who knows how to turn 10,000 square feet of inventory into a perfectly tuned operation. You’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, maintaining control over inventory, shipping, and receiving at all times. You’ll oversee a lean team, balancing productivity, safety, and calm leadership in a low-noise, high-focus environment. Whether it's tracking KPIs, coaching a team member, or solving a delivery delay, you thrive where things move fast. From managing inbound and outbound logistics to fixing the barcode scanner that always dies on Fridays — you’ve got it handled. You’ll manage nightly reports, track movement, and ensure every order is ready for early dispatch. You’ll coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to maintain seamless operational flow. You’ll know the layout like the back of your hand and keep your team running like clockwork. You’ll conduct nightly safety checks, lockups, and log completions without compromise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare staffing plans for seasonal peaks, large orders, or product launches—balancing labor cost and workload effectively.
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff—ensuring safety protocols, productivity standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Resolve operational issues such as damaged goods, shipping errors, or staff shortages with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain morale and productivity by fostering a positive, respectful, and goal-oriented team culture.
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of all stock to facilitate accurate scanning and tracking.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving operational challenges and optimizing systems for scale.
• Experience setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and motivating warehouse teams.
• Experience overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Values leadership, precision, and accountability in warehouse performance.
• Able to handle returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures efficiently.
