Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s eager to learn how real campaigns are built, launched, and measured — not just from textbooks, but from the inside. You’ll support our marketing team with research, content updates, campaign tracking, and a whole lot of Google Sheets. You’ll help schedule posts, proofread captions, update landing pages, and spot typos before anyone else does. You’ll sit in on brainstorms, pitch a few ideas, and then help turn them into assets, timelines, and posts that go live. You’ll learn how to use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, and scheduling dashboards — and we’ll show you how each one connects to goals. You’ll shadow meetings with clients and start to see how feedback turns into action, revisions, and eventually, live campaigns. You’ll write and edit small pieces of content — maybe captions, subject lines, or ad variations — and learn what makes people click, scroll, or bounce. You’ll test subject lines, check links, and celebrate when your copy edit improves the clickthrough rate. You’ll help test messaging, fix broken links, and pull numbers into reports that make the difference between “guess” and “know.
Basic Qualifications:
- Coordinate with designers, writers, or external vendors to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Stay on top of trends in digital marketing, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to suggest fresh ideas.
- Update and maintain the company website or e-commerce platform—editing content, uploading images, and checking for broken links or SEO issues.
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Help with setting up tracking (e.g., UTM codes, pixel placements) and testing links across platforms.
Preferred:
- Knows how to proofread and follow brand voice and tone guidelines across all materials.
- Enjoys learning about trends in social media, content marketing, or email performance.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or Canva.
- Can handle basic editing tasks such as cropping images, resizing graphics, or inserting copy into templates.
- Organized with marketing folders, asset naming conventions, and file delivery.
Benefits:
- You’ll be part of brainstorms, debriefs, and campaign planning — your voice is welcome at the table.
- Team rituals include “what performed well this week,” swipe file shares, and meme-based strategy sessions.
- You’ll assist with content calendars, email campaigns, paid ads, SEO tasks, and reporting — real marketing, not just admin work.
- You’ll learn how to track ROI, write better CTAs, and understand what *actually* moves the needle.
- Your contributions will be seen, measured, and appreciated — not buried in the background.
” You’ll spot problems before they hit customers and suggest simple solutions that make the user experience smoother. You’ll receive feedback that’s thoughtful, written, and aimed at helping you grow — not just fix things. You’ll work with marketers, designers, and developers across time zones — and learn how remote teams stay aligned without chaos. You’ll ask questions, admit what you don’t know, and we’ll appreciate your honesty more than you realize. You’ll learn real marketing — not just how to write a post, but why some content converts and some just sits there. You’ll build discipline, digital maturity, and quiet confidence that you can take into any role afterward. This isn’t about being loud or quick — it’s about being steady, thoughtful, and useful in a remote-first world. If you’re serious about starting in digital marketing and want mentorship, hands-on tasks, and real growth — this is where it begins. If you’re fast, flexible, curious, and weirdly excited by spreadsheets and content calendars — welcome to agency life.
