Description:

We’re hiring a talented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate with the product and development teams to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. You’ll create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the design system is consistent across all platforms and devices, creating cohesive experiences. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and optimize the user experience. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure the smooth implementation of your designs, addressing any potential challenges along the way. You’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create pixel-perfect layouts while still leaving room for developer flexibility when needed.
• Ultimately, design with empathy, clarity, and purpose—so users can enjoy products that just make sense.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Balance aesthetic quality with practical UX—your designs should feel beautiful *and* get users where they need to go.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, or usability testing to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving user problems and making digital products feel simple and intuitive.
• Can create wireframes, user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes based on product requirements.
• Can manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Wants to grow into roles like Product Designer, UX Researcher, or Design Lead.
