Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team and assist with the planning and execution of various projects. You’ll help coordinate and communicate between various teams, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within scope. You’ll work with various teams to ensure that project goals, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined and met. You’ll support senior project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. You’ll help identify risks and challenges, offering solutions and ensuring that project timelines are adhered to. You’ll track project performance, helping to monitor key metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, making sure that resources are allocated effectively. You’ll help identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- Maintain clear records of changes in timelines, scope, or feedback—so the team isn’t guessing what changed and why.
- Help connect the dots across teams—sometimes just making sure two people talk can save days of confusion.
- Ultimately, keep the trains running, the team unblocked, and the project headed in the right direction—even when it gets messy.
- Support internal process improvements by identifying bottlenecks or communication issues in project cycles.
- Help define scope, deliverables, and resource needs for small-to-mid scale projects under guidance from senior PMs.
Preferred:
- Excited to help deliver projects on time, on budget, and with great team collaboration.
- Basic understanding of project management principles like scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Organized and detail-oriented when tracking deadlines, priorities, and dependencies.
- Background or interest in project management, operations, business, or product development.
- Can take meeting notes, assign action items, and follow up to ensure accountability.
Benefits:
- You’ll help track deliverables, write project briefs, and improve our process over time.
- We provide templates, tools, and mentorship — but your initiative brings everything together.
- Your questions are welcome, your ideas are valued, and your notes will often save the day.
- You’ll be involved in product launches, team check-ins, and process improvements from day one.
- Your role keeps things moving, unblocked, and just structured enough to get done.
You’ll contribute to meetings, sharing updates and providing input to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and on time. You’ll ensure that all project tasks are prioritized and tracked, helping the team stay focused on the most important objectives. You’ll participate in project meetings, providing input and supporting decision-making to drive progress. You’ll support post-project evaluations, helping the team review what went well and identify areas for future improvement. You’ll learn and implement project management tools and techniques to support team efficiency and productivity. You’ll help prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, communicating project status, risks, and performance metrics. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while helping to ensure successful project outcomes. If you’re eager to develop your project management skills and contribute to the success of exciting projects, we want you on our team.
