Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and create visually compelling designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media assets, and other digital content that align with our brand’s aesthetic. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create stunning designs that align with our brand strategy and objectives. You’ll create designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, and flyers, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity. You’ll work with brand guidelines to ensure that all designs are consistent and align with the company’s vision and voice. You’ll ensure consistency across all design elements, from website graphics to print collateral, maintaining a cohesive brand identity. You’ll assist in creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and design functionality. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate async via tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, or Loom—remote design is about clarity, not just creativity.
• Ultimately, help the brand *look* as great as it *is*—through visuals that inspire, inform, and connect.
• Balance creativity and functionality—your designs should not only look good but also serve a clear purpose.
• Ensure accessibility and usability in all designs—contrast, font size, readability, and responsive behavior.
• Help build out templates or reusable layouts to make future content creation faster and more scalable.

Preferred:

• Can design for multiple formats: static, animated, digital, and physical.
• Willing to collaborate closely with marketing, product, or content teams remotely.
• Comfortable working with feedback, iterating, and refining design concepts.
• Enjoys solving visual problems and exploring unique design directions.
• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.

You’ll participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions that enhance the visual communication of the brand. You’ll prepare and deliver final design files, ensuring they are print-ready or optimized for digital platforms. You’ll provide support for marketing campaigns by creating materials such as flyers, email templates, and event banners.
