Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Fiverr Gig Manager to take charge of our gig listings, ensuring they are engaging and perform well on the platform. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling gig titles, descriptions, and images that stand out and attract customers. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You’ll track gig performance, monitor analytics, and use data to refine strategies for increased visibility and conversions. You’ll stay up to date with Fiverr’s algorithm changes and implement best practices to ensure our profile stays relevant. You’ll optimize gig visibility through the use of strategic keywords, SEO practices, and Fiverr’s promotional tools. You’ll track and report on gig performance, adjusting strategies to boost traffic, ranking, and sales. You’ll monitor competition, identifying trends and incorporating new ideas to stay ahead in the market. You’ll assist with updating gig content, including images, videos, and pricing, to keep everything fresh and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Flag or resolve issues like scope creep, refund requests, or deadline changes diplomatically and efficiently.
• Track order status, deadlines, and queue management to avoid delays and missed opportunities.
• Stay in sync with Fiverr community guidelines, TOS, and seller levels to avoid penalties and maximize visibility.
• Make each client feel like your only client—even when juggling dozens. Professionalism builds return business.
• Maintain a consistent delivery process with reusable templates, checklists, and file structures for speed and quality.

Preferred:

• Understands the value of fast, honest, and personalized customer service on gig platforms.
• Excited to help scale a Fiverr account by improving efficiency, branding, and client experience.
• Familiar with keyword research and using SEO best practices within Fiverr’s search system.
• Able to handle custom order requests, upsell add-ons, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understands Fiverr’s review system and how to encourage positive feedback ethically.
