We’re seeking an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s excited to grow within the world of performance-based marketing and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you won’t just sit on the sidelines — you’ll play an active part in managing our affiliate network, supporting top performers, and finding new ways to make our program thrive. Whether it’s updating creatives, verifying tracking links, or preparing performance summaries, your attention to detail will be essential. You’re detail-oriented but also people-savvy — able to write friendly, professional emails, troubleshoot basic questions, and follow up without being pushy. You’re someone who enjoys working with both people and processes — equally comfortable drafting a welcome message as you are cleaning up spreadsheets or pulling metrics from the dashboard. You’re the kind of person who likes working with both people and data — someone who can pivot from creating a spreadsheet to drafting a message without missing a beat.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist in recruiting micro-influencers or niche partners who might fly under the radar but bring strong ROI.
• Track discount codes and campaign-specific links so we can measure what converts best.
• Proactively surface ideas to make the program more engaging, whether it’s gamification, bonuses, or better materials.
• Assist with compliance checks to ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and avoid shady practices.
• Support outreach campaigns for seasonal promotions, product launches, or high-conversion windows.

Preferred:

• Has ideas for new outreach channels or niches to explore.
• Can identify high-performing campaigns and summarize results for managers.
• Excited to work with partners and creators in a collaborative way.
• Knows how to research and evaluate potential affiliate partners or influencers.
• Interest in learning how to grow and optimize affiliate programs over time.
