Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’re the master of movement, timing, and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to customers. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, including suppliers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders, to optimize logistics operations. You’ll help manage logistics documentation, including shipment tracking, customs paperwork, and delivery schedules. You’ll assist in managing shipping schedules, working with third-party providers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe. You’ll help maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and invoices. Whether it’s tracking a shipment or fixing a supply issue on the fly, you’re always a step ahead. You’ll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine — even when challenges arise. You’ll monitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track shipments using logistics platforms and provide real-time updates or reports to stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure that all logistics operations comply with safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Ultimately, keep the supply chain flowing efficiently—so the right products reach the right place, at the right time, every time.
• Support emergency or rush orders by coordinating fast-track delivery solutions or alternative routing.
• Participate in process audits and help document logistics workflows to improve future operations.
