Description:

We’re hiring a Newsletter Copywriter who knows how to turn an email into a moment — not just a message. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, brand-aligned newsletters that not only get opened but actually get read. Your writing is clear, concise, and knows exactly when to be clever. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to align each newsletter with campaign goals, seasonal trends, and brand tone. You’ll collaborate with design and marketing teams to align visuals and messaging, ensuring each send feels intentional and on-brand. You’ll test headlines, play with CTAs, and track what works so you can write even better next time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance value and promotion—give readers something useful while still nudging them toward action.
• Collaborate with sales or affiliate teams to integrate limited-time offers or calls to action when relevant.
• Bring personality and brand voice to every edition so subscribers feel a connection to what they’re reading.
• Create or refine reusable templates and content frameworks for recurring newsletters or campaigns.
• Use storytelling techniques to make even mundane updates feel human, clear, and worth sharing.

Preferred:

• Familiar with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or similar email platforms.
• Open to feedback and iterating on drafts based on performance or team input.
• Has experience writing for different types of newsletters — editorial, promotional, or digest.
• Experience writing email newsletters, campaigns, or marketing content.
• Knows how to write compelling subject lines and preview text that increase open rates.
