Description:

We’re looking for a talented Figma Designer to join our team and craft beautiful, functional, and user-centered designs. You’ll be responsible for designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring design concepts to life. You’ll ensure that designs are on-brand, intuitive, and aligned with the project’s objectives and goals. You’ll create interactive prototypes in Figma, demonstrating user flows and interactions for client reviews and usability testing. You’ll manage and organize Figma files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-documented for collaboration across teams. You’ll work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with the highest quality standards. You’ll iterate on your designs based on feedback, ensuring the final product meets client needs and expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate asynchronously via Figma comments, Loom videos, Notion docs, or Slack updates—especially in remote teams.
• Use Figma features like variants, interactive components, and constraints to build scalable, responsive designs.
• Support handoffs by creating detailed style guides, component documentation, and written notes for developers.
• Set up interactive prototypes to demonstrate animations, transitions, and logic flows between screens for stakeholder presentations.
• Balance speed and polish—knowing when a quick wireframe is enough and when it's time to go pixel-perfect.

Preferred:

• Experience building responsive designs for web and mobile breakpoints.
• Knows how to collaborate in shared Figma files using comments, version history, and real-time editing.
• Open to design critiques and capable of explaining rationale behind UI decisions.
• Familiar with using Figma plugins to speed up workflows or add functionality.
• Able to organize pages, flows, and assets for developer-friendly handoff.
