Description:

We’re hiring a Waiter/Waitress who wants more than just a job — someone who values flexibility, team spirit, and the chance to make people’s day through great service. You’ll be trained on how to greet guests, take orders, carry trays, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar. You’ll start by shadowing experienced staff and slowly take on more tables as your confidence grows. You’ll learn the menu, including ingredients and common allergens, so you can answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. You’ll practice how to manage multiple tables, stay organized during busy hours, and move quickly while staying calm. You’ll stay connected with the kitchen and bar to keep timing smooth and courses flowing naturally. You’ll help clear tables, reset them quickly, and keep the dining area looking clean and inviting. You’ll follow hygiene and safety guidelines, keeping your station and service areas clean and organized at all times. You’ll work closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to keep service running smoothly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support host staff and bussers when needed to keep the dining flow smooth.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout your shift.
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Keep your section clean and organized, resetting tables promptly for the next guests.
• Process payments quickly, whether by cash, card, or split checks, and return correct change or receipts.

Preferred:

• Experience working in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality environments with high guest interaction.
• Pays close attention to special dietary needs, allergies, or custom requests from guests.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Waiter, Shift Lead, or Restaurant Manager.
• Able to greet customers warmly, explain menu items, and answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Familiar with taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into POS systems.
