Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and efficient Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory levels to meet demand. Every day, you’ll coordinate shipments, confirm deliveries, and resolve delays like a pro. You’ll update records, handle logistics software, and make sure everything stays accurate and current. You’ll monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the logistics process, making recommendations for improvements to reduce costs and increase speed. You’ll ensure that all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transportation to meet safety and regulatory requirements. You’ll track and resolve any shipping issues, working with relevant stakeholders to address delays or discrepancies. You’ll ensure that all deliveries meet safety standards and comply with regulations, making sure no delays or penalties occur. You’ll manage logistics documentation, including customs paperwork, import/export declarations, and delivery receipts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment ETAs, changes, or issues—maintaining professionalism and transparency.
• Verify that shipments are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented to minimize risk and comply with destination requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and clients to schedule pickups, track deliveries, and resolve delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to avoid shortages or overstocking in warehouses or retail locations.
• Stay in contact with carriers or warehouse personnel to proactively address traffic delays, labor shortages, or weather-related disruptions.

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while staying calm and methodical.
• Wants to grow into roles like Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Manager, or Fulfillment Lead.
• Familiar with both domestic and international shipping practices is a plus.
• Comfortable analyzing shipping data or patterns to help improve operations.
