Forget perfection — it’s all about being real, creative, and timely. You’ll script out ideas, shoot content (even with just your phone), and edit it with a flair for timing and trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document your creative process for transparency or even bonus content.
• Stay playful, bold, and unafraid to take risks—even weird ideas can go viral here.
• Stay flexible and react fast when a trend hits—speed matters more than perfection.
• Coordinate with marketing or social media teams to sync with wider campaigns.
• Post regularly and keep a consistent voice and style that followers can recognize instantly.
