Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to help coordinate and drive the success of our projects. You’ll be responsible for supporting the project planning process, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking deliverables. You’ll help coordinate team efforts, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards shared project goals. You’ll monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying potential issues before they arise. You’ll manage project documentation, ensuring that all materials, reports, and plans are properly maintained and accessible to the team. You’ll track project performance, helping to monitor key metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. You’ll help manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and other relevant materials. You’ll assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings, ensuring action items are captured and followed up on.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects from kickoff to delivery across teams and timelines.
• Build relationships with your team by being helpful, dependable, and genuinely engaged in project outcomes.
• Use your soft skills—clear communication, empathy, follow-through—to keep everyone calm and focused even under pressure.
• Help onboard new team members by sharing project context, documentation, and access to necessary tools.
• Monitor task progress, flag blockers, and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met without surprises.

Preferred:

• Able to maintain positive team dynamics and reinforce accountability through communication.
• Willing to learn about agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Capable of managing project calendars and ensuring key dates are visible to all stakeholders.
• Understands the importance of project status updates, reporting, and transparency.
• Can take meeting notes, assign action items, and follow up to ensure accountability.
