Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who understands that great partnerships start with great communication. You’ll lead the charge in identifying and connecting with influencers who genuinely align with our brand and audience. You’ll reach out with purpose — no mass emails, just thoughtful, researched messages that show we value creators. You’ll find creators that align with our values, audience, and aesthetic — not just based on numbers but real engagement. You’ll craft personalized outreach messages that stand out in crowded inboxes and feel human, not robotic. You’ll be responsible for managing conversations, negotiating terms, and making sure influencers feel supported throughout the campaign. You’ll manage outreach campaigns from end to end, keeping track of who’s live, who’s pending, and who’s ghosting. You’ll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to make sure influencer content aligns with the brand’s tone and timing. You’ll evaluate influencers not only by follower count, but by authenticity, engagement, and niche alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate with suppliers (AliExpress, Spocket, CJ Dropshipping, etc.) to confirm inventory, delivery times, and resolve any fulfillment issues.
• Track and manage review requests or import reviews using apps like Loox or Judge.me to boost credibility.
• Pull analytics from Shopify, Google Analytics, or Facebook Ads to report on store performance and make informed tweaks.
• Process orders daily, ensuring supplier fulfillment is smooth and tracking info is updated for customers.
• Monitor delivery times, tracking numbers, and customer feedback to detect and act on shipping issues early.

Preferred:

• Can spot low-quality or unreliable suppliers and escalate concerns if needed.
• Familiar with customer service practices and able to respond to inquiries professionally.
• Knows how to use Shopify apps for upsells, timers, or abandoned cart recovery.
• Interested in learning about Facebook Ads, TikTok marketing, or email automation tools.
• Basic understanding of how dropshipping works, from supplier to customer delivery.
