Description:

We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team and bring fresh, innovative designs to life. You’ll be responsible for crafting visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with our messaging and brand guidelines. You’ll work with brand guidelines to ensure that all designs are consistent and align with the company’s vision and voice. You’ll create visually appealing layouts for email templates, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing collateral. You’ll help develop digital content, including website elements, banners, and social media graphics that are optimized for various platforms. You’ll work on designing both static and interactive assets for websites, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide guidance to junior designers or freelance contributors when needed, helping keep quality consistent.
• Prepare and export files in the correct formats for web, print, or motion—always checking for quality, compression, and color accuracy.
• Ultimately, help the brand *look* as great as it *is*—through visuals that inspire, inform, and connect.
• Balance creativity and functionality—your designs should not only look good but also serve a clear purpose.
• Create high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email, print, and digital ads—aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Preferred:

• Has a portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.
• Excited to grow into roles like Brand Designer, UI Designer, or Art Director.
• Values clarity, creativity, and strategy in design work.
• Experience creating visual content for web, social media, print, or branding projects.

This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while working with a creative, fast-paced team.
