Description:

We’re seeking a Sports Coach who brings structure, passion, and mentorship to every session — someone who sees coaching as a way to shape character as well as performance. You’ll create structured training programs that improve strength, agility, endurance, and decision-making under pressure. You’ll develop game strategies, run drills, and guide players through conditioning programs tailored to their sport and goals. You’ll teach technique with precision, correct form when needed, and explain the “why” behind every movement. You’ll analyze match footage, identify technical gaps, and provide clear, actionable feedback to players. You’ll build trust through honest feedback, consistency, and the ability to push your athletes when they need it most. You’ll manage team dynamics, handle pressure during competition, and keep everyone focused, win or lose. You’ll communicate clearly, listen actively, and know when to step in — or step back — to let progress unfold. You’ll create an environment where discipline feels empowering and effort is always acknowledged.

Basic Qualifications:

• Inspire athletes to not only perform, but believe in what they’re capable of becoming.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, or sponsors when working with youth athletes.
• Adjust training plans based on progress, injuries, or upcoming events.
• Adapt coaching style to different personalities, learning styles, and motivation types.
• Work closely with assistants, trainers, and medical staff to ensure holistic support.

Preferred:

• Open to leading warm-ups, cooldowns, recovery routines, and seasonal fitness programs.
• Capable of coaching both individuals and groups, depending on the training setting.
• Familiar with goal-setting strategies and helping athletes stay mentally focused and confident.
• Pays attention to discipline, time management, and instilling a strong work ethic in athletes.
• Background or passion in sports science, education, kinesiology, or competitive athletics.
