We’re seeking a proactive and organized Etsy Shop Manager who can balance creativity with operational precision. You’ll be the central force behind our Etsy storefront — updating listings, improving visibility, and handling day-to-day logistics. You’ll write persuasive, well-formatted descriptions that highlight product benefits and tell a cohesive brand story. You’ll manage orders, update tracking info, and keep our fulfillment process smooth and stress-free. You’re responsive, professional, and kind when handling customer inquiries, reviews, or refund requests. You’re someone who loves turning messy backlogs into organized workflows and clear to-do lists. You love the challenge of increasing visibility and conversion rates without sacrificing authenticity. You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, and you understand how to use data to drive decisions and test new ideas. This role requires someone who can take initiative, notice small issues before they become big problems, and communicate clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with freelancers or virtual assistants if the shop scales and workload increases.
• Coordinate Etsy Ads, discounts, and sales events while tracking ROI and adjusting budget accordingly.
• Manage shop branding, including visuals, policies, announcements, and the “About” section, to reflect a consistent and trustworthy image.
• Coordinate production or delivery (if physical goods), or manage digital downloads to ensure smooth, accurate delivery.
• Build a customer list for remarketing or future product launches using Etsy tools or integrations.

Preferred:

• Can handle order management, shipping updates, and customer communication professionally.
• Can help manage reviews, request feedback, and handle customer concerns proactively.
• Familiar with policies around returns, disputes, and Etsy seller standards.
• Understands how to list products effectively with appealing photos and clear details.
• Enjoys working independently and making data-driven decisions to grow the shop.
