We want someone who’s curious, creative, and obsessed with continuous improvement. You’ll collect feedback, spot trends, and tweak the onboarding journey until it really works for everyone. If you can juggle multiple onboarding flows while still sending a “Welcome! You’ll gather feedback after every onboarding cycle and turn it into improvements that raise the bar. We want someone who thinks globally and inclusively — because our team is spread across the world. We care more about your emotional intelligence than your years in corporate HR. You’ll have the freedom to suggest improvements and the responsibility to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’re part administrator, part people person, and part experience designer. If you’re organized, thoughtful, and great at making others feel seen, we’d love to meet you.
