Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows how to build meaningful partnerships, not just send mass emails. You’ll be responsible for sourcing influencers who match our niche, vibe, and campaign objectives — from micro to macro. You’ll reach out with purpose — no mass emails, just thoughtful, researched messages that show we value creators. You’ll send tailored outreach messages that reflect our brand’s tone and respect the creator’s craft. You’ll craft messages that are warm, personal, and relevant, increasing our chances of landing real conversations. You’ll work closely with marketing to ensure influencer collaborations align with ongoing campaigns and brand goals. You’ll negotiate deals, handle logistics, and make sure creators have everything they need to represent us well. You know how to spot authentic engagement vs. You understand how to spot red flags, fake followers, or mismatched partnerships before they happen.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help prepare discount codes, limited-time offers, and bundle deals to increase conversion rates and average order value.
• Research new products and trends using tools like Oberlo, DSers, or TikTok/Instagram to find winning items for testing.
• Track and update stock levels or remove underperforming products to keep the catalog fresh and relevant.
• Monitor delivery times, tracking numbers, and customer feedback to detect and act on shipping issues early.
• Track and manage review requests or import reviews using apps like Loox or Judge.me to boost credibility.

Preferred:

• Experience uploading and editing product listings, including descriptions, titles, and images.
• Pays attention to product details like pricing, variants, and inventory levels.
• Excited to help scale a modern, remote-friendly online store step by step.
• Eager to grow into roles like Store Manager, Product Researcher, or Marketing Assistant.
• Knows how to use Shopify apps for upsells, timers, or abandoned cart recovery.
