Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to help drive organic traffic and improve search rankings across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic to the website. You’ll conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis, identifying high-value keywords and opportunities for growth in competitive markets. You’ll optimize on-page SEO elements, including content, meta tags, alt text, and internal linking to improve search rankings. You’ll analyze website analytics to monitor performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven solutions. You’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to track SEO performance and gather data-driven insights. You’ll perform technical SEO audits, identifying and addressing issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability. You’ll collaborate with the content team to ensure that all written content is SEO-optimized, targeting high-converting keywords. You’ll collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO strategies align with broader business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with site migrations, rebrands, or new feature launches from an SEO perspective—ensuring redirects, structure, and content are handled properly.
• Work with developers to ensure mobile responsiveness, page speed, and Core Web Vitals are prioritized in site performance.
• Educate teammates or clients on SEO basics through documentation, training sessions, or informal coaching.
• Support YouTube or e-commerce SEO when relevant—optimizing product pages, descriptions, or video metadata.
• Implement schema markup (structured data) to enhance rich snippets and improve search visibility.

Preferred:

• Can track and report performance metrics such as CTR, bounce rate, and organic traffic growth.
• Familiar with schema markup, canonical tags, redirects, and indexing issues.
• Background or interest in digital marketing, content strategy, or web development.
• Can audit and improve site architecture for both users and search engines.
• Enjoys testing and iterating on strategies to boost visibility and user engagement.

You’ll manage SEO projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met while delivering high-quality results.
