Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to create and execute social media strategies that elevate our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals and values. You’ll be responsible for curating content, writing copy, and creating visuals that resonate with our audience and reflect the brand’s values. You’ll track and analyze performance data, adjusting content and strategies based on engagement metrics and user feedback. You’ll keep up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring our strategy is fresh and aligned with current digital marketing trends. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with our overall goals and initiatives. You’ll engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and managing online community interactions. You’ll manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and driving conversions across platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle crisis communication or unexpected feedback with calm, clarity, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Collaborate with PR, product, and customer service teams to amplify announcements or respond to customer signals.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, best practices, and new platform features—because things change fast.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, friendly voice that reflects the brand's personality.
• Create internal guidelines or SOPs for voice, visuals, and platform usage as the brand evolves.

Preferred:

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects.
• Background or interest in marketing, communications, branding, or digital media.
• Familiar with trends, meme culture, and how to leverage viral moments for brand visibility.
• Understands the balance between authenticity and professionalism on social platforms.
• Experience launching or supporting paid ads, influencer collaborations, or giveaways is a plus.

You’ll ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints, from posts to ads and influencer collaborations.
