Description:

We’re searching for a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s ready to turn curiosity into impact. In this role, you’ll work across departments to help collect, process, and interpret data that informs daily operations and long-term strategy. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should be confident working with spreadsheets, basic SQL, and eager to expand your knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. You’re familiar with the basics: spreadsheets, SQL queries, and maybe a bit of Python or R, but more importantly, you love learning and improving your skills every day. Whether you're pulling metrics from a database or organizing survey results into actionable takeaways, your work will help teams move faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate with experienced data professionals who will guide you while still giving you room to take ownership of small projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker to create easy-to-read data summaries.
• Help maintain data pipelines and flag any inconsistencies or missing values you encounter.
• Stay organized with folders, naming conventions, and data versioning so files are always findable.
• Review data documentation and help improve it when something’s unclear or outdated.
• Run basic queries using SQL or spreadsheets to explore datasets and identify trends, patterns, or anomalies.

Preferred:

• Able to interpret data and explain insights in a clear and actionable way.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for organizing and analyzing data.
• Pays close attention to details and double-checks their work before submitting.
• Curious about how businesses make data-driven decisions and improve efficiency.
• Interested in learning more about data tools like Python, R, or Google Analytics.
