You’ll work alongside certified professionals to assist in creating personalized coaching plans, goal-mapping tools, and reflection-based tasks. We’ll teach you how to recognize behavioral patterns, identify emotional blocks, and support clients through structured frameworks. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to participate in planning group workshops, journaling challenges, or guided reflection exercises. You’ll learn to create worksheets, weekly check-ins, and follow-up messages that encourage accountability. We’ll teach you how to hold space — quietly, supportively, and without judgment — even when emotions are high. You’ll observe how professionals balance theory with compassion in live or simulated coaching sessions. Basic Qualifications:

• Design and lead workshops, webinars, or training programs focused on mindset, resilience, and life skills.
• Collect feedback after sessions to refine content and delivery.
• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Maintain detailed notes while respecting confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Break down complex psychological concepts into relatable, everyday language.

Preferred:

• Able to design exercises, workbooks, or frameworks that support personal growth outside of sessions.
• Comfortable building trust, asking the right questions, and offering actionable support to help people grow.
• Familiar with managing client notes, confidentiality agreements, and scheduling tools.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Coach, Therapist, Program Director, or Motivational Speaker.
• Experienced in creating content such as blogs, guides, or social media posts related to mental well-being or coaching.
