Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team and produce stunning animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging motion graphics for video content, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure animations are aligned with brand identity and creative goals. You’ll animate everything from logos and icons to full-length video sequences, ensuring they are visually compelling and cohesive. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from explainer videos and product animations to brand visuals and promotional content. You’ll ensure that all animations are on-brand, visually engaging, and align with the overall marketing strategy. You’ll help optimize motion graphics for different platforms, ensuring they are effective across desktop, mobile, and social media channels. You’ll explore new animation techniques and trends to keep content fresh, creative, and aligned with the latest design styles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and transitions for video content, ads, social media, and product explainers.
• Participate in creative brainstorms and pitch visual ideas that enhance storytelling or engagement.
• Work closely with sound designers or video editors to sync motion with music, voiceovers, or sound effects.
• Help onboard or support junior motion designers by sharing files, feedback, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with animation trends, styles, and tools to keep your work modern and relevant.

Preferred:

• Organized with project timelines, revisions, and file versioning.
• Familiar with sound design basics or syncing motion to music, voiceovers, or SFX.
• Knows how to prepare clean project files and organize assets for team handoff.
• Able to collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
• Pays close attention to pacing, transitions, and consistency in movement.
