Description:

We’re searching for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows that behind every great campaign is a great relationship. You’ll identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with influencers who are a natural fit for our values and audience. Your mission is to craft personalized outreach that feels bespoke, not automated. You know how to research, vet, and approach creators with authenticity and purpose, not just scripts. You’ll write outreach messages that are personal, relevant, and never copy-pasted — even if you’re sending dozens a day. You’ll track and manage outreach campaigns from start to finish, ensuring every relationship is nurtured. You’ll communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and set expectations that lead to smooth, successful campaigns. You’ll negotiate partnership terms, create content briefs, and ensure deliverables are met on time. You’ll track performance metrics for each collaboration and help us learn what truly drives engagement and conversions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Draft outreach templates, follow-up sequences, and FAQs that save time without sacrificing personalization.
• Assist with vetting influencers by checking audience quality, engagement authenticity, and niche relevance.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure influencer posts go live on time and align with key dates.
• Support micro-influencer and nano-influencer programs, helping to build long-term ambassador relationships, not just one-off deals.
• Organize and label assets (e.g., photos, reels, stories) from influencers for reuse in ads, social posts, or landing pages.

Preferred:

• Able to write clear partnership offers and explain campaign goals to potential collaborators.
• Excited to help brands grow through authentic and mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Understands how to identify influencers that align with brand values and target audience.
• Understands FTC guidelines, influencer disclosure rules, and basic contract terms.
• Comfortable using tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or manual Instagram/TikTok search.
