Description:

We’re hiring a Reception Manager who understands that the front desk is more than a desk — it’s the heartbeat of the workplace. You’ll be the face of the company, greeting guests, clients, and team members with a welcoming smile and efficient support. Your presence makes visitors feel like they’ve walked into somewhere professional, calm, and cared for. You’ll lead a team of receptionists, setting the tone with warmth, precision, and professionalism every single day. With you at the helm, the reception area becomes more than a waiting space — it becomes a statement of who we are. You’ll coordinate visitor schedules, manage bookings, and ensure meeting spaces are prepped and presentable. When a client is late, a CEO drops in unannounced, or the fire alarm decides to go off — you keep things cool, composed, and moving. You’ll ensure that every guest, delivery, and inquiry is handled quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. You’ll handle escalations with poise, finding solutions quickly and keeping guests satisfied.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Support internal departments during busy periods with light administrative tasks, reporting, or communication follow-ups.
  • Manage and train a team of receptionists or front desk staff—assigning shifts, setting expectations, and supporting performance development.
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (brochures, sign-in sheets, sanitizers, etc.).
  • Act as the first point of contact for building access, visitor badges, deliveries, and meeting room coordination.
  • Liaise with building management, vendors, or facility teams to report maintenance issues or coordinate front desk improvements.

Preferred:

  • Background or interest in hospitality, office management, HR support, or customer service.
  • Thrives in a people-facing, fast-paced environment where professionalism matters.
  • Able to resolve client or guest concerns quickly while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented tone.
  • Comfortable handling check-ins, inquiries, and escalating urgent matters to the appropriate department.
  • Willing to assist in onboarding new hires by preparing welcome materials or office tours.
