Description:

We’re hiring a Mobile Car Washer to provide top-notch vehicle cleaning at customers’ homes, offices, or job sites — perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, detail-focused, and enjoys working independently outdoors. You’ll drive to scheduled appointments with a fully equipped vehicle to perform exterior and interior cleanings on-site. You’ll shampoo seats and carpets, clean air vents, scrub door jambs, and polish trim with precision and care. You’ll inspect vehicles for smudges, water spots, or missed areas before handing them off for sale or pickup. You’ll be trained to use buffers, extractors, steamer machines, and fine-detail brushes to achieve professional-level results. You’ll clean interiors when required — including driver cabins, floors, instrument panels, and bulk storage areas. You’ll inspect each vehicle for dirt, damage, or missed spots, correcting any issues before returning it to the customer. You’ll rotate between wash bays, delivery prep, showroom wipe-downs, and auction-ready cleanings depending on daily tasks. You’ll help refill soaps, clean microfiber towels, organize supplies, and maintain a tidy wash area.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow safety guidelines to prevent damage to vehicles, tools, or yourself.
• Wash and rinse vehicle exteriors using hoses, buckets, sponges, and pressure washers.
• Understand that a clean car is more than just appearance—it reflects service and care.
• Vacuum interiors, wipe dashboards, and clean floor mats to give the car a fresh look and feel.
• Handle delicate parts such as antennas, sensors, or emblems with care during washing.

Preferred:

• Organized with managing daily cleaning tasks, checklists, and time-efficient car wash routines.
• Comfortable using pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Familiar with techniques for hand-washing, drying, waxing, and polishing without damaging paint or trim.
• Experience washing, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles in a car wash, dealership, or valet service environment.
• Willing to assist with prepping vehicles before service (e.g., removing debris, rinsing, taping delicate areas).

You’ll explain services to customers, help with upgrades, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. You’ll rotate between exterior polishing, interior cleaning, engine bay touch-ups, and glass finishing depending on skill and schedule. You’ll follow safety guidelines for chemical handling, ventilation, and protective equipment. You’ll work under time constraints during peak fleet return hours, maintaining speed without sacrificing accuracy. You’ll be expected to maintain speed without rushing — the goal is perfection, not just cleanliness. You’ll photograph before-and-after shots for customer satisfaction or portfolio use if needed.
