Description:

We’re hiring Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees for brand videos, skits, YouTube content, and product-based storytelling — no acting background needed, just a clear voice and comfort on camera. You’ll be featured in short scripts, promo scenes, and ad-style segments where you’ll speak, move, and engage the viewer naturally. We’ll teach you how to shoot soft, clean footage with your phone, set up flattering natural light, and use everyday spaces as beautiful backdrops. You’ll learn how to speak directly to the camera, follow loose scripts, improvise when needed, and make viewers trust what you say. We’ll teach you how to pose, move, speak naturally on camera, and bring emotion into your expressions and gestures. We’ll guide you through how to use your face, eyes, hands, and pauses to hold attention and bring life to basic lines. You’ll work with a small, agile crew — lights, mics, cue cards — and gain experience in professional but relaxed video shoots. You’ll be working with products in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, or wellness depending on the campaign. Some days you’ll be in sweats, others dressed up — you’ll adapt to the brand while staying true to your personal energy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay authentic to your audience while balancing commercial expectations.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to bring creative visions to life.
• Follow creative direction on set while also bringing your own flair and personality.
• Use editing tools or apps to enhance your content while keeping it natural.
• Disclose partnerships clearly and follow platform rules and guidelines.

Preferred:

• Values creativity, professionalism, and versatility in front of the camera.
• Open to feedback and capable of adjusting performance or posing based on real-time direction.
• Able to follow creative direction, scripts, or moodboards from photographers and directors.
• Can maintain a professional social media image aligned with client expectations.
• Knows how to pitch to brands or negotiate paid partnerships with guidance.
