Description:

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager with proven leadership, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and productivity across all shifts. You’ll enforce company protocols, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and lead by example in all areas of execution. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse personnel. You’ll lead with confidence, keeping your crew motivated, focused, and alert throughout the shift. You’ll manage nightly reports, track movement, and ensure every order is ready for early dispatch. You’ll coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to maintain seamless operational flow. You’ll be the person others count on to fix problems fast and communicate clearly when it matters. You’ll maintain spotless logs, pass every audit, and keep shrinkage close to zero.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to incidents such as equipment breakdowns, spills, or injuries with appropriate emergency procedures and documentation.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff—ensuring safety protocols, productivity standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Create SOPs and training materials to onboard new hires and support cross-training within the warehouse team.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and other warehouse machinery.

Preferred:

• Can troubleshoot bottlenecks and implement process improvements in receiving, packing, or dispatch.
• Comfortable leading both small and large teams depending on business size.
• Pays close attention to order accuracy, stock levels, and quality control inspections.
• Background or interest in supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
• Knows how to handle seasonal volume changes or urgent orders with minimal disruption.
