Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who sees clothing as both design and dialogue — someone who brings concept, culture, and construction together in bold, intentional ways. You’ll lead the design of collections that are visually striking, brand-relevant, and emotionally resonant. You’ll conduct deep research across fashion history, art, architecture, and social movements to inform your creative direction. You’ll translate research and reference into sketches, mockups, and fully realized pieces that feel modern and memorable. You’ll work closely with pattern makers, seamstresses, and production teams to bring your sketches to life with precision. You’ll also work closely with the creative team to shape lookbooks, runway styling, and campaign aesthetics. We’ll rely on your ability to merge personal inspiration with brand vision, delivering collections that are cohesive but never predictable. We expect you to be hands-on with samples, agile in problem solving, and fluent in balancing creativity with feasibility. We’ll rely on your taste, intuition, and awareness of form, drape, and silhouette in both sketch and sample.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute to fittings, photoshoots, or backstage prep on tight schedules and high-pressure days.
• Ensure garments meet ethical and sustainable production standards where possible.
• Bring your passion for fashion to everything you do—the energy shows in the final collection.
• Keep digital files, sketches, and samples organized for future reference or re-use.
• Create detailed tech packs and specs for production and quality assurance teams.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Head Designer, Creative Director, or Brand Founder.
• Experience designing collections from concept to production, including mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selection.
• Proficient in fashion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D for creating sketches and technical flats.
• Able to translate trends and brand identity into original garment designs with commercial appeal.
• Experienced in trend analysis, market research, and competitive brand review.
