As our Reception Manager, you won’t just manage a desk — you’ll set the tone for the entire office experience. You’ll lead the front-of-house team with energy, warmth, and unwavering attention to detail. Your presence sets the tone for the entire office — calm, organized, and in control. You’ll lead a team of receptionists, setting the tone with warmth, precision, and professionalism every single day. Each day, you’ll oversee guest flow, incoming calls, courier traffic, meeting room readiness, and general coordination with a graceful touch. You’ll coach your team to handle stressful moments with diplomacy, confidence, and a can-do spirit. You know how to smile under pressure, solve problems quickly, and keep both guests and staff happy and informed. You’ll monitor appearance standards, response times, and overall customer service quality. You’ll maintain immaculate standards in presentation, timing, and service — and your team will follow your lead.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Act as the first point of contact for building access, visitor badges, deliveries, and meeting room coordination.
  • Train staff on customer service skills, emergency procedures, communication standards, and software tools used at the front desk.
  • Coordinate courier pickups, incoming mail, and package distribution across departments efficiently.
  • Maintain a calm, approachable demeanor even during high-volume periods or unexpected disruptions.
  • Document and improve reception workflows for scalability as the team or office environment grows.

Preferred:

  • Willing to assist in onboarding new hires by preparing welcome materials or office tours.
  • Experience managing front desk operations in hospitality, corporate, or medical settings.
  • Capable of creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent front desk service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to welcome guests and staff professionally.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information, ID verification, and guest records securely.
