Description:

We’re seeking a Remote CRM Specialist who can bring order, structure, and intelligence to our customer data ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for designing CRM processes that actually support the way our team works — not slow it down. Your mission is to keep our sales and support teams informed, aligned, and running like clockwork. You’ll own the CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards that drive smarter decisions. You’ll clean messy data, merge duplicates, and establish naming conventions that make sense for everyone. You’ll create custom dashboards, tag systems, and workflows that help teams work with clarity and efficiency. You’ll work with marketing to map journeys, with sales to streamline outreach, and with support to close feedback loops. You’ll troubleshoot integration issues, fine-tune email logic, and test flows before they ever go live. You’ll also document your work and create internal guides so teams can understand and trust the data they use.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with sales and marketing leads to refine lead scoring, tagging, and routing based on performance insights.
• Track lifecycle journeys and suggest ways to improve customer experience based on engagement data.
• Create and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines that help sales, support, and marketing teams work smarter, not harder.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs that track customer engagement and performance.
• Coordinate with developers or external tools when custom CRM integrations are required (e.g., connecting with Stripe, Calendly, Intercom).

Preferred:

• Excited to grow into roles like CRM Manager, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Operations Specialist.
• Knows how to create reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales or marketing teams.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation, training materials, or client emails.
• Understands GDPR compliance, data privacy, and responsible contact management.
• Curious about user behavior and how to improve lifecycle and retention using CRM tools.
