Description:

We’re hiring a Webflow Developer who’s obsessed with clean builds, sleek animations, and websites that just *feel* right. You know that Webflow isn’t just a drag-and-drop tool — it’s a full-fledged development environment when used by the right hands. You know how to take a static Figma file and turn it into a fully responsive, high-performing Webflow site that works flawlessly across devices. You’ve worked with CMS collections, multi-step interactions, and know how to make animations feel intentional, not gimmicky. You know your way around CMS collections, dynamic filtering, and multi-step interactions, and you’re comfortable adding custom embeds when Webflow’s native tools aren’t quite enough. You understand how to balance design aesthetics with UX best practices and aren’t afraid to offer suggestions that improve the final product. When necessary, you aren’t afraid to implement custom code embeds, tweak interactions with JavaScript, or integrate external services through tools like Zapier or Make.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS structures using Webflow's native tools to enhance UX without bloating performance.
• Build with scalability in mind—whether it’s one page or a whole CMS-driven ecosystem, structure matters.
• Use Webflow’s built-in form actions, integrations, or Zapier to connect front-end actions with backend tools.
• Support landing page creation for marketing experiments with quick turnarounds and clean versioning.
• Set up CMS collections, dynamic pages, filters, and conditional visibility to make content management easy for non-tech teams.

Preferred:

• Knows how to use integrations like Zapier, Memberstack, Jetboost, or Finsweet libraries.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and clients directly.
• Capable of solving layout problems and debugging visual or structural issues.
• Familiar with using custom code blocks (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed.
• Understands the box model, positioning, and how styles cascade in Webflow.
