Description:

We’re hiring a Taxi Driver who takes pride in providing safe, reliable, and respectful service — someone who knows the city well and enjoys helping people get where they need to go. You’ll work primarily evening or overnight shifts, transporting passengers safely during late hours, airport runs, and post-event pickups. You’ll be the calm, helpful presence people rely on at the end of a long day, a delayed flight, or a night out. You’ll navigate the city efficiently, using GPS and experience to avoid traffic, roadblocks, or confusion. You’ll drive safely and steadily, creating a calm experience that lets passengers relax and enjoy the ride. You’ll keep your vehicle clean, comfortable, and ready for every trip, with good air flow, working seatbelts, and a welcoming interior. You’ll process payments accurately, provide change when necessary, and issue receipts upon request. You’ll accept various payment methods, issue receipts when requested, and handle fare questions with clarity and patience. You’ll handle payment with accuracy, providing receipts and breakdowns for longer distances when requested.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist passengers with luggage, mobility needs, or directions when needed.
• Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and local driving regulations without exception.
• Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and documents required to operate legally.
• Dress appropriately and represent yourself or your company with professionalism.
• Use GPS navigation and local knowledge to choose the quickest or most appropriate routes.

Preferred:

• Comfortable adhering to ride schedules, taxi company rules, and local transportation laws.
• Capable of handling cash, card, or app-based payments accurately and issuing receipts when necessary.
• Willing to suggest local attractions, restaurants, or travel tips to enhance the passenger experience.
• Organized with route planning, vehicle upkeep, and rest periods during long shifts.
• Able to remain calm, patient, and polite with all types of passengers, including tourists, elderly, or non-native speakers.
