Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to customers. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring the right products are in stock and available for shipment when needed. You’ll work closely with transportation providers to organize shipping schedules and track deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll assist with warehouse operations, ensuring goods are stored properly and easy to access for efficient order fulfillment. You’ll collaborate with vendors, shipping companies, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes and reduce inefficiencies. Whether it’s tracking a shipment or fixing a supply issue on the fly, you’re always a step ahead. You’ll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine — even when challenges arise. You’ll monitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare weekly or monthly reports on delivery performance, shipping costs, and supply chain KPIs.
• Adapt to unexpected situations calmly—logistics involves moving targets, and flexibility is essential.
• Coordinate the movement of goods, materials, or shipments across local, regional, or international routes—ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Maintain records of shipping data, delivery confirmations, and carrier performance for analysis and auditing.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment ETAs, changes, or issues—maintaining professionalism and transparency.

Preferred:

• Can assist in forecasting logistics needs for upcoming launches or seasonal peaks.
• Able to coordinate between warehouse, procurement, and sales to align inventory with demand.
• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while staying calm and methodical.
• Background or interest in logistics, supply chain, operations, or business support.
• Thrives in deadline-driven, remote-friendly work environments that reward precision and coordination.
