Description:

We’re looking for a Psychology / Coaching Trainee who’s passionate about human growth, mindset shifts, and helping people unlock their full potential — no experience needed, just empathy and a deep curiosity about how people think and grow. You’ll assist in preparing coaching materials, emotional health check-ins, and mindset-building exercises for real clients. We’ll teach you how to recognize behavioral patterns, identify emotional blocks, and support clients through structured frameworks. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to collaborate with coaches and psychologists to co-create safe, judgment-free spaces for personal reflection. You’ll learn to create worksheets, weekly check-ins, and follow-up messages that encourage accountability. You’ll explore emotional regulation strategies, reframing techniques, and core coaching methodologies. You’ll also assist in creating digital content for personal development — like guided journal prompts or short motivational videos. We’ll teach you how to set boundaries, practice non-judgmental communication, and build trust in a coaching environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Break down complex psychological concepts into relatable, everyday language.
• Create personalized growth plans based on the client’s goals, struggles, and strengths.
• Track progress over time and adjust methods based on client feedback and results.
• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Stay updated on personal development trends, psychological research, and coaching best practices.

Preferred:

• Background or passion in psychology, leadership, behavioral science, or human development.
• Formal education or certification in psychology, coaching, counseling, or a related field.
• Comfortable building trust, asking the right questions, and offering actionable support to help people grow.
• Organized in maintaining session records, progress tracking, and follow-up systems.
• Familiar with managing client notes, confidentiality agreements, and scheduling tools.

You’ll work alongside psychologists and life coaches who’ll model real-world techniques and walk you through case-based learning. We’ll support your development with curated reading lists, shadowing opportunities, and reflection prompts.
