Description:

We’re looking for a Sports Coach who leads with purpose, energy, and heart — someone who inspires athletes to grow both on and off the field. You’ll provide one-on-one or small-group coaching focused on technique, mindset, and measurable progress. You’ll assess strengths and weaknesses, design personalized training plans, and adapt sessions based on ongoing feedback. You’ll help athletes set realistic, challenging goals — and guide them every step of the way toward achieving them. We expect you to create an environment where kids feel safe to try, fail, and grow — with your encouragement every step of the way. You’ll give clear, age-appropriate feedback that helps each athlete understand how to get better. You’ll guide pre-season conditioning, mid-season maintenance, and post-season recovery with a holistic mindset. You’ll also mentor athletes on nutrition, mindset, and injury prevention as part of long-term development. You’ll create an environment where discipline feels empowering and effort is always acknowledged.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate with parents, guardians, or sponsors when working with youth athletes.
• Develop game strategies, plays, or techniques based on opponents and competition goals.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and leadership both on and off the field.
• Stay current on coaching certifications, rule changes, and training methodologies.
• Motivate individuals and teams to push their limits while promoting discipline, focus, and sportsmanship.

Preferred:

• Open to leading warm-ups, cooldowns, recovery routines, and seasonal fitness programs.
• Able to enforce rules while maintaining a respectful and encouraging team environment.
• Thrives in energetic, team-oriented environments where discipline and motivation drive results.
• Familiar with goal-setting strategies and helping athletes stay mentally focused and confident.
• Organized with team rosters, attendance, equipment, and tournament or game logistics.
