We’re looking for an Instagram Reels Editor who can turn ordinary clips into captivating, shareable content. If you're a creative thinker with an eye for editing and trends, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for producing Reels that not only grab attention but also keep it — from the very first frame to the last. If you’re always on top of the latest Instagram trends and have a knack for translating them into original content, you’re exactly who we need. Your job will be to take raw footage and transform it into something eye-catching, engaging, and aligned with our brand’s voice. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be expected to produce high-quality, engaging content quickly while staying on top of the latest trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with graphic designers and animators when additional visuals or overlays are needed.
• Archive and back up content regularly to avoid asset loss or bottlenecks.
• Cut down raw footage into engaging 15–60 second clips that hook viewers fast.
• Track Reels performance and report weekly insights to improve future edits.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic and vibe that aligns with the brand’s visual identity.

Preferred:

• Can generate creative video concepts based on trends or client briefs.
• Experience editing short-form vertical videos for Instagram or similar platforms.
• Has experience syncing subtitles or text effects with spoken audio or lyrics.
• Enjoys filming and editing both lifestyle and promotional content.
• Basic understanding of copyright and using royalty-free or licensed music.
