Description:

We’re seeking a Sports Coach who brings structure, passion, and mentorship to every session — someone who sees coaching as a way to shape character as well as performance. You’ll create structured training programs that improve strength, agility, endurance, and decision-making under pressure. You’ll prepare athletes for competition by instilling discipline, focus, and a strong work ethic. We expect you to teach fundamentals with clarity, correct mistakes with care, and motivate with respect. You’ll analyze match footage, identify technical gaps, and provide clear, actionable feedback to players. You’ll create a positive, disciplined environment where effort is valued, mistakes are learning moments, and every player feels seen. You’ll coach not only movement, but confidence — reinforcing habits that lead to mental resilience and long-term success. You’ll also mentor athletes on nutrition, mindset, and injury prevention as part of long-term development. You’ll also help athletes build healthy habits — like hydration, stretching, rest, and balanced nutrition.

Basic Qualifications:

• Recognize when an athlete needs encouragement, discipline, or just someone to listen.
• Adjust training plans based on progress, injuries, or upcoming events.
• Adapt coaching style to different personalities, learning styles, and motivation types.
• Teach fundamentals and advanced skills in a way that’s clear, engaging, and age-appropriate.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and leadership both on and off the field.

• Values discipline, resilience, teamwork, and personal growth in sports.
• Open to leading warm-ups, cooldowns, recovery routines, and seasonal fitness programs.
• Thrives in energetic, team-oriented environments where discipline and motivation drive results.
