We’re offering a trainee position for someone deeply interested in psychology, coaching, and human development — no prior experience required, just a sincere desire to help people grow. You’ll support personal development sessions by helping prepare materials, exercises, and coaching tools. We’ll teach you how to recognize behavioral patterns, identify emotional blocks, and support clients through structured frameworks. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to learn the basics of cognitive-behavioral frameworks, habit building, and mindset coaching. You’ll learn to spot cognitive distortions, defense mechanisms, and patterns that keep people stuck. We’ll show you how to track client progress, document breakthroughs, and recognize subtle behavioral patterns. We’ll guide you in developing your own communication and listening skills through roleplay and real feedback. We’ll help you stay emotionally grounded while being present for others’ stories, struggles, and wins.

Basic Qualifications:

• Model emotional intelligence, active listening, and calm presence in every interaction.
• Use real-life scenarios, exercises, and storytelling to keep sessions engaging and practical.
• Track progress over time and adjust methods based on client feedback and results.
• Track your own growth as a coach—self-awareness is part of the job.
• Maintain detailed notes while respecting confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Preferred:

• Able to design exercises, workbooks, or frameworks that support personal growth outside of sessions.
• Familiar with managing client notes, confidentiality agreements, and scheduling tools.
• Organized in maintaining session records, progress tracking, and follow-up systems.
• Background or passion in psychology, leadership, behavioral science, or human development.
• Enjoys helping others unlock their strengths, overcome blocks, and pursue meaningful goals.

You’ll work alongside psychologists and life coaches who’ll model real-world techniques and walk you through case-based learning. You’ll practice crafting your own exercises and slowly take part in co-leading segments of coaching experiences. You’ll gain confidence in public speaking, group facilitation, and leading small training circles.
