Description:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll manage the brand’s social media profiles, crafting engaging posts, and interacting with our community on various platforms. You’ll oversee daily posts, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone and messaging while resonating with the target audience. You’ll analyze social media performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and growth. You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, adapting strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns and social media efforts are aligned with broader business goals. You’ll engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and managing online community interactions. You’ll manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring paid promotions are effective and within budget.

Basic Qualifications:

• Develop platform-specific strategies—what works on TikTok doesn’t always work on LinkedIn.
• Run social media campaigns—giveaways, product launches, collaborations—and track their success with clear metrics.
• Manage multiple accounts or regions when needed, ensuring cohesive messaging with localized nuance.
• Maintain an organized asset library—logos, templates, past posts, captions—for efficiency and reuse.
• Coordinate with paid media teams (if applicable) to align organic and promoted content strategies.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Comfortable presenting ideas, strategies, or performance to stakeholders.
• Pays close attention to detail, grammar, and formatting across channels.
• Excited to grow into roles like Social Media Strategist, Content Lead, or Community Director.
• Knows how to grow both engagement and followers organically over time.

You’ll track and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing content accordingly. You’ll oversee the creation of engaging visuals, videos, and graphics to accompany posts and drive engagement. You’ll work with external influencers and collaborators to amplify the brand message and expand our reach. You’ll track social media trends and competitor activity, offering insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the digital space. You’ll build relationships with influencers and partners to expand the brand’s presence and foster community engagement. You’ll produce monthly reports that summarize the success of social media activities and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
