You’ll be filming, editing, and scripting with a deep understanding of what keeps viewers hooked. If your camera roll is filled with drafts you never posted, we want to see them. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where new ideas are constantly being tested, and content needs to be created quickly and effectively. As our TikTok Content Creator, you'll be responsible for taking us to the For You page in the most unique, fun, and totally unmissable ways. ” Great — we’re hiring. As our TikTok Content Creator, you’ll help us show up on the For You page in fresh, funny, and totally scroll-stopping ways. TikTok is a whole new language, and we want someone who speaks it fluently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Jump on viral challenges, memes, and audio trends as soon as they break to maximize reach.
• Keep things light, relatable, and never too polished—this is TikTok, not TV.
• Track performance of each video to see what’s working and why—then iterate fast.
• Document your creative process for transparency or even bonus content.
• Create drafts in advance so the calendar’s never empty, even during downtime.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with TikTok Creator Tools and how to use analytics for content refinement.
• Enjoys following a wide variety of creators and learns from their styles and formats.
• Able to create short-form scripts or outlines that tell a complete story quickly.
• Enjoys interacting with comments and building a sense of community with followers.
• Currently studying or interested in digital media, communication, or entertainment.
