Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to support daily operations in our distribution center — ideal for someone who’s dependable, physically fit, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work overnight to receive, scan, and stock inventory with care and accuracy while the facility is closed to customers or outbound traffic. You’ll prepare outgoing parcels for shipment, choosing the correct box size, packing materials, and shipping label for each order. You’ll help unload incoming inventory, sort products by SKU or category, and restock shelves to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. You’ll assist with cross-docking operations, where incoming shipments are quickly redirected to outbound trucks with minimal delay. You’ll scan each item into the system at every step to maintain tracking integrity and ensure 100% accuracy. You’ll use handheld scanners and digital systems to track product movement and update inventory in real time. You’ll work under time pressure during peak hours, especially early mornings, evenings, or holiday rushes. You’ll rotate between receiving, packing, labeling, and staging depending on shift needs and volume.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipping or internal transfer.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety risks immediately to supervisors or maintenance staff.
• Lift, carry, and stack items of various weights—sometimes for extended periods.
• Participate in team meetings or briefings to stay updated on tasks and safety updates.
• Keep detailed records and documentation when required for inventory or logistics tracking.

Preferred:

• Thrives in structured, goal-driven environments where teamwork and consistency matter.
• Willing to support light equipment maintenance, packaging supply restocking, or recycling efforts.
• Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution facility with a focus on inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Works well independently or as part of a warehouse team, communicating clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
• Comfortable working in cold storage, hot environments, or standing/walking for long durations.

You’ll report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply shortages to supervisors right away. You’ll help with sorting returns, repackaging resalable items, and flagging any damaged or incorrect products for review. You’ll lift, bend, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly throughout your shift. You’ll work in layered PPE including insulated gloves, jackets, and boots, which are provided and maintained by the facility. You’ll receive coaching from shift leads who will help you improve handling technique and efficiency. You’ll appreciate the predictability and structure of overnight work while contributing to 24/7 logistics success.
