Description:

We’re hiring a Flight Attendant Trainee to join our cabin crew and deliver exceptional service at 35,000 feet — no prior experience required, just a passion for travel and a calm, friendly attitude. You’ll learn how to greet passengers, manage boarding procedures, and create a welcoming atmosphere on every flight. We’ll train you in safety briefings, medical response, and how to remain composed in a variety of in-flight scenarios. You’ll assist with passenger seating, overhead storage, and pre-departure routines that set the tone for the flight. Expect to manage food and beverage service, special requests, and occasional surprises — all with a steady smile. You’ll be taught how to give safety demonstrations, use emergency equipment, and follow strict aviation protocols. We’ll guide you through service excellence — offering meals, refreshments, and genuine hospitality with every interaction. You’ll learn international aviation standards, airline policies, and how to work closely with your crew in a tight-knit team. We’ll teach you international service etiquette, brand standards, and how to adapt your tone for different passenger profiles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Reinforce safety rules and help enforce seatbelt, electronics, or carry-on policies.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor even during stressful or long-haul flights.
• Deliver announcements clearly and in multiple languages when needed.
• Help with in-flight sales, customs documentation, or duty-free service where required.
• Respond to medical situations, turbulence, or passenger concerns with professionalism and care.

Preferred:

• Background or strong interest in aviation, travel, customer service, or hospitality.
• Knows how to handle medical situations calmly and escalate appropriately to crew or medical personnel.
• Enjoys working in multicultural teams and serving people from diverse backgrounds.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Cabin Crew, Purser, or Inflight Service Manager.
• Able to manage challenging passenger interactions with empathy, discretion, and authority.
