Description:

We’re searching for a Reception Manager who treats hospitality as both an art and a responsibility. You’ll lead the front-of-house team with energy, warmth, and unwavering attention to detail. Your presence makes visitors feel like they’ve walked into somewhere professional, calm, and cared for. You’ll manage a team of receptionists and ensure the front-of-house runs like a well-oiled machine. With you at the helm, the reception area becomes more than a waiting space — it becomes a statement of who we are. You’ll coordinate visitor schedules, manage bookings, and ensure meeting spaces are prepped and presentable. No request is too small or too unusual — your mindset is “How can I help? ” and you mean it. The lobby isn’t just a space — under your leadership, it becomes a curated experience of order, comfort, and brand identity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Liaise with building management, vendors, or facility teams to report maintenance issues or coordinate front desk improvements.
  • Support internal departments during busy periods with light administrative tasks, reporting, or communication follow-ups.
  • Handle scheduling, phone systems, emails, and walk-ins—resolving inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Track and report on front desk metrics such as wait times, visitor volume, or issue resolution times to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document and improve reception workflows for scalability as the team or office environment grows.

Preferred:

  • Open to supporting internal events, meetings, and team logistics if needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to welcome guests and staff professionally.
  • Able to resolve client or guest concerns quickly while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented tone.
  • Able to train, schedule, and oversee a team of receptionists or front desk staff.
  • Background or interest in hospitality, office management, HR support, or customer service.
