Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee to join our fast-paced digital agency — no experience needed, just raw creativity, adaptability, and a hunger to learn. You’ll help bring our brand to life across lookbooks, packaging, social posts, and digital campaigns. We’ll teach you how to design for clarity, usability, and consistency across web and mobile platforms. You’ll assist in creating assets for launches, editorials, seasonal drops, and influencer collaborations. You’ll learn how to follow brand guidelines, take feedback constructively, and improve your designs with each round. We’ll show you how to take content ideas and turn them into visuals people want to save, share, and remember. You’ll observe how creative teams brainstorm, pitch, and revise ideas — and how collaboration brings designs to life. You’ll learn the difference between a “cool” design and one that actually works for the audience and goal. You’ll sit in on photoshoots and brand planning sessions, learning how design supports fashion beyond just the screen.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create style guides, templates, or reusable assets to keep workflows smooth.
• Handle multiple projects at once, juggling tight deadlines without dropping quality.
• Take raw content—text, data, photos—and turn it into something people actually want to look at.
• Adapt and refine concepts based on team feedback, client input, or changing requirements.
• Design for real-world impact, not just aesthetics—your visuals should convert, clarify, or communicate.

Preferred:

• Familiar with accessibility best practices in visual content (contrast, readability, alt text).
• Willing to present design concepts to stakeholders and explain design decisions confidently.
• Understands layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for creating impactful designs.
• Capable of adapting designs to different target audiences or platform requirements.
• Able to design for both print and digital formats, including flyers, brochures, banners, and presentations.
