Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer with a focus on detailing — ideal for someone who’s meticulous, hands-on, and takes real pride in making every vehicle look showroom-ready. You’ll clean the exterior of cars using pressure washers, foam sprayers, brushes, and drying towels with speed and precision. You’ll assist in washing undercarriages, wheel wells, fuel tanks, and large mirrors to meet safety and appearance standards. You’ll work in teams to cover large surface areas quickly and safely, rotating between different parts of the vehicle during the wash cycle. You’ll follow a detailed checklist for each service package, ensuring consistent quality across all jobs. You’ll carefully inspect each vehicle before and after service to identify scratches, stains, or hidden debris that need extra attention. You’ll assist in moving cars around the lot or into detailing bays using care and awareness of dealership property. You’ll work outdoors or in semi-covered areas in all weather conditions, depending on the car wash location. You’ll help refill soaps, clean microfiber towels, organize supplies, and maintain a tidy wash area.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support team members during peak times by helping with vacuuming, drying, or prepping cars.
• Report any visible vehicle damage to supervisors before starting the cleaning process.
• Wash and rinse vehicle exteriors using hoses, buckets, sponges, and pressure washers.
• Respect personal property left inside vehicles and report anything unusual or valuable found.
• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, and tires to remove dirt, brake dust, and grime.

Preferred:

• Able to clean vehicle exteriors and interiors using appropriate soaps, tools, and detailing products.
• Follows safety rules and uses protective gear such as gloves or eye protection as needed.
• Able to inspect cars before and after service and report any visible damage to supervisors.
• Wants to grow into roles like Lead Detailer, Car Wash Supervisor, or Mobile Detailing Technician.
• Comfortable using pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
