We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to help grow a personal brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and email — no experience needed, just scroll-savviness and strong storytelling instincts. You’ll help write posts that position our team as experts, spark conversation, and bring in real leads — not just likes. We’ll teach you how to structure a LinkedIn post, craft a compelling headline, and share insights that feel fresh, not forced. You’ll work directly with founders, designers, and even customers to shape how our brand shows up and speaks online. Expect to draft educational blog posts, campaign emails, product updates, and customer stories that bring value first. You’ll also get hands-on experience with trend tracking, hashtag research, and analyzing performance metrics like reach and saves. You’ll help build content calendars, organize drafts, and repurpose blog content into shorter snippets for socials or email series. You’ll get feedback from marketers, founders, and subject-matter experts who want to help you grow, not just delegate work. You’ll also learn how to track performance — open rates, click-through rates, time on page — and use insights to improve over time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track KPIs like reach, engagement, click-through rate, and conversions from content.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and new content formats.
• Balance creative freedom with clear marketing goals and deadlines.
• Spot what competitors are doing—and find ways to do it better or smarter.
• Work closely with paid ads teams to align organic and paid content strategies.

Preferred:

• Can plan, track, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Looker Studio.
• Familiar with brand tone, visual identity, and guidelines to keep communication consistent.
• Knows how to perform audience research and adapt messaging for different target segments.
• Pays attention to trends, hashtags, and emerging content styles that improve visibility.
• Able to develop content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and maintain consistent brand voice across channels.
